Back-to-School sessions are non‑refundable but may be rescheduled with 72 hours’ notice (or apply credit to another Bella Vita Images service within 12 months).

In case of weather or photographer illness, we’ll notify you promptly and reschedule ASAP. If no date is available within 30 days, you’ll receive a full refund within 14–21 days or have the option to credit the funds towards another photography service.
